Subs Zone
The Subs Zone is an athlete’s space for their subscribers: posts just for them, questions the athlete answers personally, and a community. Fans pay monthly and the athlete earns.
How do I support an athlete?
On the athlete’s profile, tap “Subs Zone” and choose to subscribe. It’s a monthly subscription through the App Store or Google Play — the athlete sets the price and the store shows it before you buy.
Some Zones are free: open to everyone, by approval or by invitation. You can have up to 20 paid Zones in the app.
Questions for the athlete
In each billing period you have a set number of questions chosen by the athlete (1 to 10). You can have one unanswered question at a time. If the athlete doesn’t answer by the end of the period, the question goes back to your allowance.
All subscribers of the Zone see the questions and answers.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In the Zone, open “Info” and tap “Manage in App Store” or “Manage in Google Play”. In the store’s settings, the subscription is called a numbered “Slot”.
After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period. On a new phone, use “Restore purchases”.
How do I start my own Zone?
The Subs Zone is part of PRO. In Settings, open “Subscriptions” and turn on “Let people subscribe to your profile”. The wizard takes you through your offer, personal and tax details, a payout account (IBAN), consents and an SMS confirmation.
You pick the price from a list of tiers, and changing it needs ath·space approval. Payouts go through Stripe to your bank account. Our pricing page shows how much of each subscription you keep.
Pausing or closing a Zone
You can pause or close your Zone in its settings. Current subscribers keep access until the end of their paid period.
A private profile can’t run a Zone.
